Egg & Chick Project- Students will learn the stages of 4-H Egg & Chick Projectembryonic development by observing the incubation of fertilized chicken eggs in the classroom, and will be responsible for observing and recording developmental information about the embryo during the 21-day incubation period.

Animals - All About Animals - K-2 - World of Animals - 3-5 Targeted Grade Level: Grades K - 54-H Animals

Learning about animals can be fun! This curriculum provides simple and inexpensive, yet fun activities that teach youth about major animal science concepts including: What is an Animal?, How animals serve Humans, Care, Health, Nutrition, Welfare, Understanding Production Animals, and the Environment. The curriculum includes materials needed to conduct animal science activities in an easy to use format.

Plant Connections4-H Plants

Targeted Grade Level: Grades 3-6
This curriculum is designed to help 9-11 year old students understand the role that plants play in our lives and how to grow and care for them. It covers such subjects as: what is a plant, why are plants important, what makes plants grow, how to grow plants, how to select and handle plants, and the future in plants.

This curriculum is required in order to participate in the Vegetables, Fruits, and Herbs Tour at the Florida Botanical Garden.
