The Florida Yards & Neighborhoods (FY&N) program is designed to assist and guide residents to conserve water in the landscape and make positive changes in the environmental quality of their yards, neighborhoods and surrounding waterways. FY&N is a hands-on outreach program in local communities that teaches and implements the principles of Environmental Landscape Management.

The FY&N program is a grant-funded partnership involving Tampa Bay Water, the Pinellas-Anclote River Basin Board of the Southwest Florida Water Management District and Pinellas County Government. The Florida Yards & Neighborhoods office is located at the Pinellas County Extension Service.
