Grants Board of Directors Member-The 4-H Community Service Grant program is run by a Board of Directors made up of youth and adults from Pinellas County. The Board decides which youth-led groups will receive the grant money. Board members are in charge of doing presentations and workshops in the community, as well as serving as support person for the groups that receive funding.

Healthy Living Team Member-During interactive learning sessions you will be performing monologues, dialogues, and/or short skits to youth in the community about topics related to living a healthy lifestyle. This is a fun, easy, and great way to meet new people and earn volunteer hours.

Technology Team - The 4-H Technology Team is a group of teen volunteers working together to add new technology into the 4-H Program. As the team brings technology into 4-H, team members will increase their knowledge and skills of technology and assist the 4-H community by creating an interactive and fun website available to everyone. Here is more about what the Tech Team is all about:

  • Incorporate Technology into 4-H
  • Develop and update the 4-H Teen Connection Website
  • Learn about blogging, HTML, and using computer software
  • Create and upload digital videos
